Complaints Officer

Factor is obligated to designate a complaints officer in accordance with the rules set out in the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority’s regulations regarding the complaints officer and the handling of complaints by financial institutions. We continuously strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied and that they receive the best advice and the best product.
